Under the patronage of the Office of the Ruler’s Representative in the Al Dhafra Region, and organized by the Higher Colleges of Technology, the first edition of the "Al Dhafra Ambition Employment Fair 2025" will be held at the Baynounah Educational Complex in Madinat Zayed – Al Dhafra Region. The fair aims to provide local residents with the opportunity to explore promising career prospects by offering distinguished job opportunities for young Emirati talents, along with specialized vocational training programs for Emirati graduates, with the participation of a select group of entities from both the public and private sectors.
The organization of the "Al Dhafra Ambition Employment Fair 2025" aligns with the vision of the wise leadership, which focuses on investing in national competencies and providing a supportive environment for skill development and professional empowerment, thereby enhancing their active role in the journey of development and progress.
